Interact every day with kids; you can make a huge difference in their lives if you develop a friendship with each one. Positive supportive meticulous warm management; never have I seen a problem befall me or others due to management. Compassionate to human needs and differences. All coworkers and management are a joy to chat with. It's a very warm supportive environment. Beautiful drive at work. It's fun and highly enjoyable if you are good at it.
Cons
Interact every day with kids, including their colds and flus. You must know how to wrangle a large group of children- be skilled enough to do so while proactively defensive driving at the fullest extent of safety. No work in the summer and a smaller paycheck on weeks with a significant number of 'No School' days. Bus can get hot inside on warmer days.
