Convenient work schedule and off for the summer. This job gives you a lot of free time to ventur into other things.

Cons

No advancement. A lot of unemployment. There are a lot of safety meetings that are exactly the same as the year before. Drivers can rarely give feeback to the schoolboards and help with the routing.
