It was average nothing exceptional, decent benefits, management treated employees with respect which made it bearable to come to work every day.

Cons

Typical public job with to many levels of management and not enough room to show off personal creativity for advancement.

The pay is pretty good, competitive with other like businesses. There is a real family environment at the workplace

Cons

The teamsters Union is too aggressive and it seems that they try to persuade us to file grievances about everything.

This is a real first class joint. The employees are very friendly and considerate. I have cleaned offices here for 4 years and have had no issues with employees or management.

Cons

This is a small business. This limits the potential for progression in the company and for receiving higher wages. Just be sure you are happy with what you are doing.
