Not recommended for driver trainees unless they correct their neglect - then it can be better

Near home, new busses, new terminal. Nice hours, few good runs, they hired some seniors drivers & trainers ( but not all are utilized )..

In Rome NY - the office have 1 bathroom for such a group & only porta potties by the terminals ( on winter ) . It could be better ... if ... they have the worst regional trainers - who do not put paycheck hours for trainees ( I have 2 full training days - unpaid since beginning to present and they reverse blame rather than take responsibilities & be professionals about it. They have preferential treatments ).... the managers dont care / or too overwhelmed killing fires and worst of all - they take sides on gossips / fake news and allows turf wars or let others be put down by bullies. They dont correct presented issues by drivers & monitors mostly missing hours & paychecks. They are a very reactive management rather than pro-active to prevent issues not disasters. They have super talented people & resources - but they do not know how to utilize them - even if they almost already volunteer them selves. They - management & trainers - refuse to listen to other experts & experienced teamates. Extremely poor communications and appalling neglect of employees is very concerning.. Over & over again - you hear someone say - there is no one to talk to nor answer important & / nor hard questions. Regional & national trainers - were great at first but later abandoned the local side - it seems. They allow stalking, harrassment, intimidations. ( I'vr experienced it first hand - but they keep denying it )... Kinda like - truth vs fake news. And they refuse to listen to more senior experts with many experiences. They dont really care for their employees - they even allow permits to expire ( for driver trainees who work hard ... lime mine ) ... they train and then - they aabandon. Very sad and harrassing, neglectful - it seems .... after all my dedication. Sorry - it vame to tgis point - tgeir words against mine ... but I waited patiently then .... until twas an onvious harrassment because I stand my grpund..
