Cons

Awful toxic environment in several departments. Blame game and sick control at all levels. They still check your green light on Teams and bully attitude is accepted and supported. Huge turnaround in many department as the best people tend to leave very soon (even in less than 6 months). Good salaries are not worth scarifying your mental health - no recommended (actually run away!)
