Good family friendly 8/6 roster and travel in company time. Decent amount of pay with generous budget on camp food compared to other mine sites. People around you are easy going and easy to deal with

Cons

People at high management treating no respect to the people below. No specific task direction given and have to look for own task to work on every single day which is a great pain. A mine site that doesn't need engineers.
