Pros

Great facilities, nice cafeteria at Plainsboro site. Great health benefits compared with average, perks and employee appreciation. Summer internship program for kids in college, tuition payment not only for employees but also kids during the first 4 years of College, those were great initiatives.

Cons

Swiss based company, Business solutions are European driven, which produces management frustrations in the US. Very low quarterly employees bonus. No sick days or PTO, these were all is discounted from the employee vacation days.
