      Pros

      I’ve been working full time at Firmenich NYC for a few months now & it’s been a very positive experience. The pay is good, coworkers are supportive and friendly, I received great training when I first started working, there’s 3:30pm dismissal on Fridays all year round. Good benefits, generous PTO, and everyone even gets a paid holiday break in December.

      Cons

      Honestly nothing too pressing. My previous employer was a complete nightmare to work for & working for Firmenich has been a world of a difference.
