Cons

Cost cutting measures are very drastic. Employees' workload are extremely high. The company seems to forget that employees have a family to care for and a life to live.

Decent pay and stuff like that. Time goes by fast. Overtime to get things done. Plenty.

Cons

Material needs to be accounted for better and prepared to be used accordingly. Run around too much searching for material. A lot of little gods on the floor, but we all answer to somebody. Lot of cry babies.
