Passionate people Always a new project to jump on. Impressive top managers level when you’re in the right teams/on the right accounts.

Cons

People with global responsibility outside Geneva have insane hours because Geneva people always want to be included in the meetings. Sometimes 5 meetings with everyone are needed to kick off a simple task (and nothing will happen if not). Big discrepancies of efficacy levels between new comers (extremely high) and other managers (less high). Business part/analysis level needs to be improved (too many fragrance experts and not enough business experts).
