Family owned company in existence for over 110 years. Global business locations with great career opportunities. Firmenich invests in its people development.

Cons

Due to Firmenich's incredible growth over the past 15 years, it's had to take a more large corporation attitude towards business thus losing the "small' company feeling by its employees. This is unavoidable due to the increased competition but unfortunately losing some of the "family" feeling one gets from a smaller company.
