Pros

Facilities are advanced and aesthetically well-designed. The family legacy of the founder holds decades of good company brand reputation. Flexible with timings and family- oriented. Strong advocate for Naturality and Sustainability.

Cons

The company takes longer time to evolve and adapt compared to competition but eventually gets there. Preference for French and French speakers but they do give opportunity to other nationalities who are willing to work harder and head down.
