Family business without the stock market agony. Plenty of opportunities as the company re-organizes to match market progress.

Cons

Lower than the market compensation. Some processes are more of a Family business and do not work in the International character of the company.

Entrepreneurial, stable, very creative, great teams, strong work / life balance, highly networked - all of these lead to satisfying and interesting opportunities within the fragrance and flavor industries.

Cons

Increasing cost pressures, demanding clients, and continual move towards a focus on profitability has resulted in a major change to the Corporate culture. Much of this change is good, but it also has left long-time employees feeling a bit disappointed due to the required changes.
