Good company values, lots of innovation in the pipeline, great flexible working hours and benefits. Friendly and helpful colleagues.Multicultural organization

conservative, not surprising since its privately owned. some deadwood sticking around. Very little two way communication between staff and upper management. Reactionary instead of proactive. Relatively high turnover in staff at local level.
