A one-time great company that is now plagued with poor senior management.

Competitive salary, good work environment, overall competent work force.

Cons

Company seems to have lost sight of it's values; inattentive to social responsibilities towards it's employees. Poor leadership from upper management; promotions unrelated to performance or scientific merit; some technical consultations are disappointing but consultants are kept nevertheless to write rave reports for the boss.

Good culture, work life balance and employee benefits are competitive. Family owned global company where employees are valued and access to top management is viable and accessible....New leadership working hard to move to 21 century

Cons

To many VICE PRESIDENTS, preach one company but really 3 separate divisions with way to many silos, employees at lower levels overloaded with work, hard to get all divisions/department to agreed making it hard to implement change
