      Pros

      Good salary opportunity for people from outside. Friendly work place but don't expect to grow your salary once you are here.

      Cons

      Annual raises are below inflation rates. Promotions come with very small pay increases. Company would rather pay an outside person more than elevate the salary of a current employee to what a position should be making.
