      Pros

      Honestly can't think of any at the time

      Cons

      Location, facilities are outdated, gossipy/cliquish environment, very weak leaders that couldn't cut it at other Orgs and are in "Sr" leadership roles. The HR org isn't respected, the new CHRO appears to be under a tone of pressure and will leave casualties to make a name for herself.

      Pros

      The place is ran like a big public pharma company. But a bit understaffed to really hit the mark. So it has a very corporate feel or people trying very hard to reach that mark.

      Cons

      Very Geneva management oriented. All the top management is in Switzerland, and it's very hard to advance to those levels if you are not there
