benefits are great, the company has a profit sharing program, tuition reimbursement, 401k match and decent health insurance.

Cons

management doesn't listen to employees, there is no opportunity for growth because they always hire from the outside instead of retaining talent. QC is particularly volatile. More than 1 employee per month is quitting. Bad news.
