Amazing reputation and care for quality, ethics. People are really the biggest assets. It is a company full of Pros that overcome some important Cons

Cons

Management team is not unite or prepared to drive the division. Very disfunctional. Lacks succession planning or development of future leaders. Silos (no cooperation across divisions)

Don't get sick! Senior management will force out employees who are on medical leave once they return.
