      Overall a Decent Company

      Pros

      They care a lot about their employees and show it through generous benefits, team building activities, bonuses, and flexible schedules. If you work hard it will be acknowledged - occasionally. It was a fun place to work at times - especially during the holidays. They genuinely care about their customers and want to do right by them. My team was ABSOLUTELY amazing and I considered them very close while I worked there - they cared about me and cheered on my success. My team and our closeness was one of the biggest reasons I stayed as long as I did with the company.

      Cons

      A lot of office drama, some of the managers are rude/short, a lot of division amongst the different departments. It was clear that working in the customer support department was not a highly looked upon or acknowledged position - by other coworkers, managers, and upper C levels - even though it is the core of the company that keeps customers retained and happy. There was a lot of secret keeping behind closed doors.

      Working outside worktimes, bad salary, bad enviroment, a lot of presure

      Thank you for your feedback however, we do not operate outside of the united states at this time. "Fintech" is a very common name, so it may be an oversite. I'm sure the company you work for would value your feedback, so I would recommend reposting this to the company you work for.
