      Pros

      Healthcare benefits 100% paid for employees and their dependents. CEO always has his door open to talk about anything. Outstanding work life balance. Management and Executives always open to and encourage new ideas. Fintech went above and beyond for its employees and clients during COVID and ensured a safe work place to return to. Very diverse group of employees that lends to our company culture.

      Cons

      I miss our monthly culture club luncheons/cook offs between departments. Would like to see those return once the office is back to full capacity.

      Pros

      Fintech is a thriving growing company that values its employees and customers. Employee ideas are highly valued. Great opportunities for growth. Fantastic benefits. Truly one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The company has world class products that are highly valued in the industry.

      Cons

      Covid has made it difficult to maintain the great team feeling but management has done a great job of implementing fun activities while coping with a hybrid model of in office/work from home environments.

      We do not operate outside of the United States at this time. "Fintech" is a very common name, so it may be an oversite. I'm sure the company you work for would value your feedback, so I would recommend reposting this to the Fintech company you're employed with.
