      - awesome Vancouver office (private washroom rooms, sparkling water fountain, gym) - nice desks (sit/stand + laptop with 2 external monitors) - hands off management (macro, not micro, which is good)

      Cons

      - lack of strong direction for the product/team (or at least the lack thereof communication down the grape vine..) - weak compensation compared to the market - too many contractors, not enough inhouse devs -> bad developer culture
