      Pros

      Plenty of resources available to you. Great supply in tooling. Parts arrive quickly, minimal job hold ups

      Cons

      High Lay off rate. They seam to do a hire/ purge cycle every 4 or 5 years and it’s all seniority based so work ethic is not a factor.

      Tolerance of horrible leadership at the senior level. Moving bad leaders over instead of out.
