      Pros

      Wages,health benefits, and stock options are above the norm.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, if your not part of t he old boys club then know that your walking papers are fresh in the drawer. On company decline lay offs are immenant. Union lay offs then management, from the bottom and working it's way up. No life outside of work. When on salary you are expected ti be available 24/7 to answer emails, calls, even when on your holidays.
