      Pros

      Good pay, decent benefits, work was pretty easy.

      Cons

      Lots can change in a few years. One moment you think you'll retire here, the next it feels like you'll have to find a new job or career under fear of being laid off. Company gives off this feeling of disorganization and uncertainty. Not sure if that's related to the pandemic, but it felt like you could lose your job at any moment.

      Pros

      At one time they had above par benefits. With the expectations of the new job seekers rising, many companies have now caught up or surpassed Finning . Rather then keeping up with the current trends, they started cutting the benefits

      Cons

      Below average salary for non trades position. Still a boys club. Exec decisions out of touch with customer needs.
