Pros
Excellent Pension, Share Profit Sharing, Vacation times starts at 3 weeks, 37.5 hour work week, close to home, participation in staff functions. Most of the staff very friendly.
Cons
Management seemed to hired friends they knew, several questionable actions from management team. Job hiring process seemed to favour males or friends they knew...double standards and low accountability. They do lay offs, and then re-hire for the same position months later to different people who don't know what they are doing....make up your mind...
