AVOID THIS COMPANY

Pros

None at all - awful.

Cons

Everything. They are hiding mass redundancies by settlement agreements. They’ve got rid of most of the female leaders. They’ve retracted all flexible working contracts (forcing some people out this way for free and others are getting ££ to leave) They are paying people off for their silence to avoid tribunal. Company is run by bullies and hr are both turning a blind eye and facilitating this behaviour.

Pros

While this workplace offers great benefits, it’s essential to recognize that these benefits may be necessary due to the stress caused by dealing with leadership. Mental health leave is common, highlighting the challenges employees face in this environment

Cons

This workplace is incredibly toxic. While they claim to prioritize mental health and promote a ‘One Team’ atmosphere, leadership’s actions don’t align with these values. Favoritism is rampant, and growth seems possible only through personal connections or compromising your integrity. If you thrive in an environment led by narcissistic sociopaths, this place might suit you. However, if you value empathy and being a decent human being, steer clear.”

Toxic Clique of Senior Leaders

Pros

Good people working hard trying to do the right thing from entry level to mid-management.

Cons

Incredibly toxic senior leadership from Directors, GM, VPs and above. It's all about who you know and if you fit in as a Birkman red. They talk about culture, innovation and leadership but they are hands down the most toxic leaders to work with. They will throw you under the bus in a hot minute. Their strategies are straight out of 1988... they should try joining the 21st century with digital and tech. All they care about is the sales org - old school, old boys club. Do not waste your time if you're a senior leader, they DO NOT want new ideas. And be wary, no career growth options (unless the "popular kids" like you, then you'll be there for life).
