Leadership in different teams can create vastly different cultures, some good some bad.
Cons
This company regularly goes through layoffs during bad economic cycles, beware if you ever looking to accept an offer. You can be the next one in line that will get cut without a blink of an eye. The company is also too bureaucratic to let voice from bottom come through. Lots of teams work in silos, some meetings with other teams don't feel productive.
