      Pros

      Finning has been a great company to work for. I have received coaching and mentoring that has given me career advancement and I have a great team to work with. We support each other and we make sure to have fun each and every day.

      Cons

      There is always constant change taking place so you need to be flexible and adaptable so that you can adjust as needed.
