      Good pay, bad culture

      Pros

      salary was good. Benefits were amazing back when I was hired in 2016. Was considerably reduced by the time I left. There's a good chance to advance your career but it's very political and not merit based.

      Cons

      There would be a mass firing event twice a year. Performance reviews were not objective at all. I got the sense that top executives didn't really care about employees. You could really feel they just thought of the stock price.

      Pros

      As my first professional job, I couldn't of asked to work for a better company! From entering the role with next to no experience, to 6 months later having a wealth of knowledge and an expanded skillset across marketing, PR and social media management, Finning has been instrumental in my professional and personal development.

      Cons

      Location; I do not live in Cannock and have to use public transport to get into the office 3 days a week.
