      Awesome benefits. Pay was way above average. Not stressful. Good managers. Emphasis on safety was excellent.

      Cons

      There was a lot of politics and squabbling. People didn't realize how good of a job they had and would always complain.

      -can get away with not doing much in a day but pretending you did -benefits are decent -some good people to work with

      -if you enjoy micro-management this place is for you, mid-level manager positions are always being created -employees are not recognized for their work but by how loud they speak -flex days were removed because some higher up did not understand it and it got through to the CFO -layoffs were swift and done in a wack-a-mole fashion; employees were on edge for months not knowing if they would survive the end of the week -there are constant mandatory meetings that do not necessarily apply to your job and are therefore absolutely useless -generally no motivation is present in any of their employees to come into work -senior management does not seem to have a clue what they're doing -in additional to flex days being removed, so were the salary increases for an unknown amount of time
