Finning measures the diverse representation of our employees across multiple dimensions, including gender identity. While we have over 30% representation of females on our board, and over 25% in leadership roles, our leaders acknowledge the low representation of female talent in our sales and operational roles so we are working with organizations such as Catalyst, Women Building Futures, Minerva, and CCWESTT to accelerate progress. In addition to working hard to improve the diversity of our talent we are working to improve the inclusivity of our culture.
