      Pros

      Finning has lots of great people to work with and a good benefits package. Finning has began to get managers in that know what they are doing verse previous years.

      Cons

      It is a unionized environment. Many unionized employees act entitled and do whatever they want on the premise that they will not be disciplined.

      Pros

      Big "family" like feel to the members of staff. Everyone is usually more than willing to help.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes in business structure over the last year and job uncertainty.
