      Bullying culture alive and well in Canada

      Pros

      There are so many strong people who want to do well and contribute to this team, however they end up leaving shortly after they start because of the horrific senior leadership team.

      Cons

      This company has a deeply inbred culture of bullying, mostly encouraged by the executive team who threaten their managers. HR is the worst with open bullying, political maneuvering and playing favorites.

      Finning is Great

      Pros

      -Flexibility if you're getting your work done and doing your job -My current manager is amazing and productive. Rare -Benefits are okay -Most people here are happy -Huge machines -Great opportunities

      Cons

      -Like any big company, there's ladder-climbing tactics that aren't always noticed by management. That's not Finning's fault though - Your resume' tends to be glossed over once you take a role and you're now only that role. Conversely, if you put in your time and learn, it won't matter.
