      Pros

      Good compensation, nice office. Very good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Can be challenging as an IT member as we're a small portion of the workforce, and the organization is a bit inexperienced when it comes to how to industry best SDEV practices. It can also be challenging to figure out chain of command and who you need to involve in order to make a decision.
