-Rubbish pay -Expected to pull the slack of other employees -No thanks for exceeding expectations -Customer compliments never reach engineers -Controllers can't organise a drink up in a brewery nevermind customer breakdowns -Too many managers for managers who have no experience fixing equipment or ever had hands on tools -Training gets cancelled for "coverage" then sit at home waiting for jobs
