      Fantastic Pay Loads of benefits Tooling and top spec van Good health and safety Some good people to work with "SOME"

      Cons

      Expect the world Don't care about personal situations No respect for family matters and wanting time with them Insane hours Rota is in place but ignored. Last minute decisions, so don't make plans. Even if it is your day off they don't care you do it or face ridicule and bulling
