Pros

Soccer is the global sport and language. It is bigger than any of us can imagine, and players are most of the time very well respected. Engaging with the fans is a joy every person should get to feel just once in their careers.

Cons

Very inconsistent with needing to move cities, pay instability, and misleading information from agents and coaches. Talent and hard work are required, yet the best staffers to help players in their careers are either with a very select group or nonexistent.
