Pros

If you love football, this is the place to be close to the game. Come and learn for the 4-year cycle, then use the experience to go somewhere else. There are truly wonderful people working here and you will love the comraderie of being together at the events.

Cons

It's not run like a company. You need to be able to tolerate decisions being made based on politics, not for business reasons. It's chaotic as a result and there is little interest in creating a positive working environtment.

Pros

Great opportunity, if you love football and / or travelling Most of the employees truly work towards one goal and are great colleagues A loads of extra activities (sport teams, BBQs, etc...)

Cons

Not great work life balance, especially, if you have family, but it really depends in which part of FIFA you work Management levels from Directors up
