Pros
I worked with many dedicated people; company was expanding rapidly and struggling to bring in enough people and update processes to match the work load. Pay was higher than expected.
Cons
I was one of those people let go just before the end of the 120 day probationary period. My supervisor had only positive things to say about my work until about 1 week before I was let go - and of the two 'deficiencies' mentioned, only one was actually observed by my supervisor the other was just told to him. I feel like I wasn't given an opportunity to improve my performance. Additionally, after I was let go it took several months to get all my owed pay. Other cons include poor work life balance, no work from home policy, and HR policies that make hiring good talent harder. Also, top management has specifically instructed managers to write good reviews on Glassdoor to counter the negative reviews.
