      Plenty of overtime available. Building is well cooled.

      Cons

      Good work is not recognized. Need to be in the "click" to advance. Hiring more non English speaking individuals hard to communicate.

      Protective and personal environment Career development possibilities and moving abroad is very common Good work-life balance, flexibility, low level of stress In the past few years there has been much more focus on equal opportunities across genders, cultures and ethnicities - promoting diversity and inclusion

      Slow change culture, can be burocratic and hierarchical Still a very italian culture (in the good and bad aspects), it might happen that in some meetings are held in Italian, however it is valuable asset to promote it's heritage/quality of products Except some very little exceptions, it is hard to find leaders/people that coach and mentor their subordinates - the majority stay in the manager/boss level
