      Reasonable flexibility across the board from what I hear. Good compensation. Multiple management lines.

      Cons

      Extremely focused on saving money. Budgeting planning is tough. Single points of failure across the departments. Lack of career development pathways.

      Not so sweet

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
