Pros
The company is highly profitable and people are committed to make it win. Products are love brands with an obsession for quality.
Cons
Italian senior managament isn't up to the challenge of working in an international enviroment. There's lack of transparency and HRs work more a hidden power outlet without being accountable and abiding to any written policy. Moreover, the organization is very piramidal: without a senior status you don't get anywhere. Micromanagement isn't not only tolerated but fostered by senior management. Few managers are rewarded for empowering and developing their staff.
