      Very collaborative environment, decent work life balance, nice people, strong brands, growing business, good travel perks.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than industry averages, not great work from home, overworked, lots of pressure to deliver over and above, very political and hierarchal, takes long time to bring anything to market, global is very involved in everything - not alot of autonomy. Not alot of conversations around professional development

      i had worked for 3 year on offrole , first 1.5 year was good, with lot of work, support & fun from seniors was there, after changing top level management it become worse, earlier who had got growth they got, later employees like who joined less than 2 year got no up gradation, but work pressure & amount is same for all executives,

      Cons

      taking work of 2 employee from one employee especially in regional offices, low manpower in regional offices, regional office executives in logistics have no/ rare growth (still same situation. i lefted 1+year ago)
