Pros

new CEO - new location to be announced, lots of activity and energy around improving culture and finding better ways to address obvious divides between depts. Better internal communication through more frequent Town Halls thanks to CEO and HR

Cons

entitlement culture needs to be broken, old time employees need to move on and make room for new energy. too much complaining

Pros

One of the Pay master's of Industry...

Cons

*While a job change, very less company's are there to match/hike in your package. *So very less jobs in Industry are left after this. *Management is rude and many-times uses abusive language even in meetings also. *Most managers came from references of senior management. *About targets there is a saying in the company that "there is no logic just we have to do". *Management always tries to get things done in an hour/day, be it surveys, formats, etc. *This implies unnecessary pressure and mental torture & a big ?? on data authenticity, also JOB INSECURITY... All above implies GREAT PLACE TO GET UNREST, TROUBLES, MENTAL TORTURE, ETC...

Pros

Top Tier company, extremely solid with almost no risk of being "kicked out" or "purged" A great place to learn, without extreme pressure (in some departments) for results A deep dive in the values of an historical Italian family, will enrich your profile and expose (in some departments) Lots of possibility to travel

Cons

No career / development plans at all Managerial decisions takes months/year since the internal processes are very complex and unstructured The managerial criteria used in the decision making are often underestimated in view of politics and family intro missions Money is often thrown out of the window with bad investments decisions and cost cutting is not applied equally throughout the Group.
