      Cantine, good environment, chocolate, fun coworkers, free coffee

      I haven't discovered sustainable or strong pros yet.

      Many - starting with bad management practices and ending with lack of appreciation for employee's efforts, remuneration far below the expected work assignments, no opportunities for professional development or further progression within the company for employees who do not have personal connections with senior management within the company, low level of professionalism, etc.
