      Casa Ferrero Building (facilities) + mature policies + access to training + clear yearly objectives (KPIs) + dedicated working tools. Focus on market evolution (money driven) and in a team can tackle the current situation quickly (dedicated financial controller + other relevant resources) and react before the problem arises. My team had several big 4 consultants explaining market trends/benchmarking that helps fine tune the strategy and reach the KPIs in a successful manner. Team spirit. Sense of direction/mission/purpose - linked to clear instructions given in at the beginning of each business year. Compensation for overperformance (bonus).

      Cons

      Working hours (12h/day). If leaving at 17h people would ask 'leaving for lunch?' If not willing to reallocate (due to family or studies) or move of position, your career at this company may be compromise. Several meetings run in Italian.
