      Pros

      People are passionate about what they are doing. Strong pride of being "Ferrerians". If you are talented and you know how to gain trust, you can be assigned very important and challenging tasks. Investments are big, so there are very interesting projects to work on. Company's future looks interesting and full of challenges. Lots of perks: conciergerie, very good canteen, events. New headquarters under construction that will surely be top-notch.

      Cons

      Management is rather old and very focused on themselves. Lots of politics. Unclear and long career paths. Processes and rules exist but are poorly known and followed. Work style is frenzy. Working hours are long. Delay in converting to a true multinational environment in terms of culture and diversity.
