      Great products Salary in line with the market Health coverage

      Cons

      Extremely political and disorganized - processes only exist on paper, decision making dependent mostly on the whim of senior management. Old fashioned ideas on business and people management. No career plan whatsoever. Marketing team reactive and old fashioned, product and communication innovation inexistent. Centralized decision in Europe HQ, little to no autonomy to the markets.

      Ferrero offers a very good benefit package and has flexible hours.

      Over the past several years, Ferrero has drastically increased its presence in the US. The company has been experiencing “growing pains” however the important aspect is that Ferrero is growing! Management may ask employees to multi-task or in some instances an individual maybe responsible to oversee various areas of the organization. All of the above is common throughout a mid-sized company as long as the end result is to eventually create new layers and support functions. Recent changes in the HR department confirm the positive outlook for Ferrero USA.
