      Best salary and benefits for engineering job in the whole region Very modern, highly automated equipment Nice co-workers and local management Does not try to save on spare parts, service, etc Unlimited chocolate stock ;)

      Cons

      no ways to build a carreer your task is not creative at all very long commute because factory stands in the middle of nowhere night shifts are obligatory, which is not good at 40+ age

      It is own by the Ferrero family (not in the stock market), keeping positive values. It is global so you have the chance to work with people around the world. The brands are very popular in general well perceived. They tend to offer good benefits.

      Cons

      The salary can vary within the departments, even people at the same level. Has to work in the development of woman. Decisions can take longer than normal because they have to Ben consulted with the global top management.
